This is a great desert park. Very large, in the '60s was a Greyhound racetrack, the indoor pool is where the grandstands used to be. Very clean, spacious, large laundry room. Nice, very helpful staff. We stayed here three nights instead of one due to issues getting into Mexico. We will stay there again, as this is one of the closest RV parks to the border crossing at Nogales. BTW, an easy place to buy MX auto insurance is at Mariposa Rd. (Exit 4) in Nogales. Turn left, go under the freeway, there is a Safeway store in a strip mall with Don Smith MX Auto Insurance in the mall. We got in and out with no problems with a 32 foot travel trailer. They actually refunded my money after MX customs refused my entry!

Nicely laid out park. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Grand Canyon Railroad train that went by twice a day was an attraction. Pretty cool to see an old, working train full of people. This park has no perimeter fencing, the side we were on was separated from an apartment complex by only a sidewalk and a street. Not really an issue, but different.

This park was a surprise, very well maintained, nice grass areas and mature trees in the city. Wi-fi didn't work, but I don't think this is an ongoing issue. We would stay here again.

This is an awesome park, the first '10' we have seen. Clean, laid out well for the available space, beautiful surroundings, close to the waterfront shops and restaurants, and 'The Rock'. When we stay here again, I will try to get a cul-de-sac space because they are a bit larger and they are right next to beach access. I wish we could have stayed longer!

This is a decent place to overnight. Water was not turned on but was available at a site in the overflow campground for filling water tank. There was dog poop everywhere, be especially careful if you get here after dark!

Nice little place, very nice helpful staff. A nice overnighter. Very close to Zion Nat'l. Park.

Beautifully landscaped park, close to Interstate, pretty noisy. Restrictive pet rules and a poor pet area, probably responsible for my first comment! It is hard to maintain perfect landscaping with irresponsible pet owners. We will not stay here again, only because of pet issues.

This is the second time we have stayed here. As others have said, detraction's are narrow access roads and narrow pads, although this time, no rain, no mud, but no guarantees in Portland! Great access to all the Portland metro area, wonderful walking trail next to the park into a regional park. Nice off leash dog area in the back of the property. The $37 rate reflects the Good Sam discount, but the added $7.95 per day for Wi-Fi makes this overpriced, IMO, and cost my rating a full point.

This is a great desert park. Maybe we were just real tired of the soggy, cold northwest winter, but a level, gravel, wide back-in site was welcomed. The office was closed at 5:15 PM on Easter Sunday, but there were instructions for late arrivals, no problems. Nice view.

Nice, big, clean park. We used it just overnight. Make sure you call first, there is no way to get into the park without a code to open the gate. I would stay here again.
